By using the App, you agree to engage in respectful and lawful behavior. You will not use the App to post or share any content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You acknowledge that the App is a tool for expense management and splitting costs. It is not a substitute for professional financial advice. Users are encouraged to consult qualified financial advisors for specific financial matters.
When using the App, you may create or submit expense-related content, such as bills, payments, and group expenses. You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by submitting content, you grant the App a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your content for the purposes of operating and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the expenses and payments you record within the App.
The App uses Google and Apple Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your authentication.
You agree not to share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, and images, are the property of the App developer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any part of the App’s content without obtaining prior written permission from the App developer.
The App uses third-party authentication services (Google and Apple Sign-In) and does not collect additional personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling practices.
You are responsible for the accuracy and privacy of any expense-related information you input into the App.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or representations, express or implied.
The App developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You agree to use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App developer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the total liability of the App developer and its affiliates exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the App.
The App developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part thereof at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
The App developer may also update these Terms from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the Terms before using the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indian Jurisdiction.
By using the Splitup App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please refrain from using the App.
